"When buying our BMW 3 Series the seller told us there was a towbar on it but he never had the swanneck bit for it, we contacted these guys and were told they would have one in stock for it, we took the trip down one Saturday afternoon and true to their word they had one for it, 5 minutes fitted it and much cheaper than having to buy a new towbar."
